Digital Design

Using current computer animation software that reflects industry standards, students should produce projects for commercial application in one or more of the following areas: engineering, architectural design; marketing; video production; internet design; electronic gaming; and, education and training. This is a largely project based course. Dual college credits are not available for this program.

Course Description

Digital Design prepares students for careers in business and industry working with various facets of media products and services which includes the entertainment industries. This Program emphasizes the development of digitally-generated or computer-enhanced products using multimedia technologies. Students will develop an understanding of professional business practices including the importance of ethics, communication skills, and knowledge of the “virtual workplace.”


This one or two year program is open to sophomores, juniors or seniors.

Students may earn a maximum of six (6) high school credits per year. Dual Credits may be available
